Connecticut Wolfpack vs. New York
The United Spinal Rangers faced off against the Connecticut Wolfpack. The Rangers offense clicked right away with defenseman Chris Meigel scoring from an assist by Victor Calise.
The Wolfpack goalie Karen Smith was very impressive stopping wrist shots from the blue line and in front of the crease. Equally impressive was United Spinal Rangers new goalie Dan “Chicken Leg” Wallace who stopped all shots that he faced.
The Rangers ended up beating the Wolf Pack 5-0 but the Pack shows lots of promise in young forward Anthony Kuntz, defensewoman Colleen Rock and the paring of Robert Jenner & Ryan Pelletier. The Pack will be a team to reckon with very soon.
