May 13, 2005:  The PNESHL Board of Governors is working on a set of rules by which the PNESHL will operate. "We are very close to nailing this down," said PNESHL Governor of the PA Center-Pedes, Jim Leatherman.  "We have already agreed to everything in principle. This will be an inclusive ability league with clean contact and good sportsmanship. We will not tolerate any fighting. It's really just a matter of getting the time to roll things together into a final document and running it by the Board of Governors."

The basic framework for the rules are those used in the New England Invitational Sled Hockey Tournament and have been supplied by PNESHL League Commissioner Dale Wise. A couple of good suggestions have been made that will be important in the 3 x 15 minute running time format the league will for all of its games. The PNESHL expects to have the final rules established by the end of June.
