| Rangers Rebound vs. Wounded Cats | ||||||||||||
|
Both the Rangers and Wildcats were stinging after defeats earlier in the day. New York was smarting after an upset loss to CT and New Hampshire’s pride was hurting after a lackluster defeat at the hands of Maine. The Wildcat’s pain quickly turned physical as Taylor Chace separated his shoulder early in the first period, making a short NH bench even shorter. The injury took some of the wind out of NH’s sails, and bolstered the vengeful minded NY team. NH continued to play all its players but had trouble creating any offense. The defense played well, but was overwhelmed by the constant NY attack. Chace’s injury appears to be minor at this point, but will be a game day decision for the games in Danbury on the 14th.
